TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The price of all merchandise ordered shall be the price in effect on the date of acceptance of the order by the seller. 2. Buyer will be charged the cost of shipping and all applicable sales tax, depending on shipping destination and state of residence or business. 3. The Nienhuis Montessori equipment and materials is unconditionally guaranteed by seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Merchandise found to be defective will be replaced at seller’s expense. 4. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Call customer service for return instructions.

5. Buyer may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise. 6. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit to the buyer’s Nienhuis customer account. 7.
